Treatment
We offer treatments for targeted muscle repair and recovery. A variety of therapeutic techniques are used to manually stretch and release areas of muscle and diverse tissues that have become too tight. Helping them to become more supple and increase the blood flow to those areas. While simultaneously working to encourage activation and stability in areas that are too weak. These methods are used with precision in order to bring balance to the body’s kinetic chain. Which in turn relieves pain, stiffness and immobility. The treatments are performed on an ergonomic table, with a collection of therapeutic tools.
Training
We offer training sessions aimed at retraining postures, movements and muscle activation sequences to be more balanced and efficient. Most injuries are caused and exacerbated by poor body mechanics. In our daily life we all learn and practice incorrect patterns. With targeted attention to correcting the damage in our daily life we can take pressure off of areas that work too hard and stabilize inactive areas of the body. About ninety percent of our bodies stability comes from muscle tension. By bringing balance back to out body mechanics we can not only move more efficiently but also learn the tools to treat and prevent injuries.
